Facing my own major life transition inspired me to choose a career that supports others. I find it rewarding to offer a safe, validating space where people can process our rapidly changing world and make sense of their own changes.

Our first session should feel relaxed. It's about building rapport and trust. We'll cover personal and family history, establish boundaries, and determine goals for our future work together. This isn't the time for crisis work—it's about getting to know each other.
